William George has a PhD in mathematics from the University of Toronto. His thesis was on
number theory problems related to elliptic curve cryptography. He has subsequently studied applications of blockchains in various contexts. William is currently the research lead for the Kleros Cooperative, exploring crypto-economic problems relevant for blockchain-based, crowdsourced dispute resolution.
