Mario Baxter Cabrera is a Director of Product at Aave Labs. He studied Computer Science at Stanford, focusing on Artificial Intelligence, and graduated early in 2021. Before Aave, he spent a couple of years at Meta’s FAIR AI Lab working on model optimization. Mario founded fun.xyz, which now processes over $6B a year and powers onramps for companies like Polymarket, and later built Stable, a stablecoin savings app that Aave Labs acquired in 2025.
